Spa
Serenity Spa offers two designated areas for men on the ground floor, and for women on first floor. Within the mens area are three treatment rooms, two facial areas, three massage pavilions, two bath tubs and a shower, and two Thai steam and sauna rooms. For the ladies section, there are nine treatment rooms, one bamboo shower room, two tubs, and a Thai steam and sauna room. For couples, the ground floor treatment area has one treatment room, two massage pavilions, a tub, a shower, and a Thai steam room. A reflexology room and facial room are also provided. Serenity Signature Massage (1 hour, 45 minutes): MYR290 (US$85-$95)
Treatment begins with Thai Massage followed by relaxing palm strokes of traditional Balinese massage alternated with Malaysian traditional massage. The massage uses blended essential oils and ends with Hawaiian Loami-Loami to complete the process of relaxation and de-stress.

Javanese Royal Ritual (1 hour, 50 minutes):MYR390 (US$105+)
Using Javanese traditional massage with ginger oil, the treatment continues with a 30-minute gentle body scrub of Lulur made from powdered spices, herbs, and sweet wood for skin softening and refining. A 20-minute soak in a bath full of fragranced flowers and milk blended with lavender oil ends the spa experience in a tranquil mood.

Balinese Lulur Scrub (30 minutes): MYR140 (US$35−$45)
Normally done after body massage, this is an exfoliating scrub made of indigenous rice powder, sandalwood, turmeric, jasmine oil, and yogurt to coat the body, followed by brief shower. Gives skin a revitalized and healthy glow.

Coffee Scrub (30 minutes): MYR140 (US$35−$45)
Using Balinese fine ground coffee mixed with clay, the scrub removes dead layers of skin, revealing the soft and supple skin below.

A pampering two-hour treatment with cleansing, steaming, extraction of blackheads and whiteheads, face and back massage. Immediate results of brighter, clearer, cleaner, and smoother skin. Complete facial includes eye treatment, face lifting, diamond peel, and double cooling processes.

Renovation Notice
This hotel is currently renovating its public areas (grand ballroom, gallery meeting rooms). Scheduled for completion February 2007.
Recreation
The health club on level three provides fitness equipment including cycles and weights, and complimentary classes for yoga and aerobics. There are two outdoor swimming pools; one being a childrens pool. A full-service day spa is also on site.
Kuala Lumpur Golf and Country Club, for nonmembers is within 30 km (18 miles) of the hotel. Guests can make arrangements with the golf course regarding nonmember play. Tours can be arranged through the hotel, including scuba diving and snorkeling within 34 km (21 miles) of the hotel. Tennis courts for hire are located at Bangsar Sports Complex and at Kampung, Datuk Keramat. Ten-pin bowling is at the Yow Chuan Plaza Jalan Tun Razak, these are less than 35 km (21 miles) from the hotel. The Extreme Park theme park offers a range of activities including golf driving range, and all-terrain vehicles for traveling through its 150 acres of territory and is located 15 km (9 miles) from the hotel. |

The café dress code is casual. Raku Japanese Restaurant - Traditional bamboo panels and rustic slate tiles decorate the ground floor restaurant. Xin Cuisine Chinese Restaurant - The 260-seat restaurant offers seven private dining rooms and serves Dim Sum along with modern Cantonese cuisine. The menu also offers Halal foods. Closed on Sundays, the restaurant serves lunch and dinner.
The Artists' Space - Art gallery café located on ground floor. Serves sandwiches, salads, pastries, and gourmet coffees and teas. The café also hosts art exhibitions by local and foreign artists. Open daily from late morning, the dress code is smart casual.
Lobby Lounge - The Lounge offers drinks and light refreshments. The four-piece band performs nightly except Sundays, and the bar is open from mid morning til very late, daily.
