Amanda Restaurant - The restaurant at the Samui Amanda features open-air dining overlooking the beach, with views of the sunset. Thai, international, and seafood dishes are available. A “Special Heath Cuisine Menu” featuring low fat, low cholesterol, low sodium, and vegetarian dishes is available. The restaurant also offers Thai cooking classes.
