Special Check-in Instructions

Passports are required at check-in.

Guests must provide flight details at the time of booking to reserve transfer from the airport to the resort. Guests will be met on arrival at the airport and transported by car to Ao Por pier (40-minute trip). There, a speedboat will be on standby to bring guests to the resort (45-minute trip). Transfer rate (THB5000 per adult, roundtrip) is not included in the room rate and is due on arrival. Please note: transfer service is dependent on weather conditions, which may affect departure and arrival times.

One-way, 15-minute helicopter transfers are available (42,900 THB per helicopter; maximum 6 persons per helicopter) during daylight hours. Guests are met on arrival and transferred to the helicopter waiting lounge. Luggage allowance is 16 kg per guest; soft bags are recommended.
