Terrace Dining Room – Open daily for breakfast and dinner. Features an à la carte menu. European in style and techniques, with Asian nuances.
The Vintage Room – French-European with Asian influences. A five-course gourmet menu using local ingredients and produce with innovative presentation. Also has a 2,000-bottle wine cellar and features wines from around the world from leading producers and growers. Open Friday and Saturday evenings for the Chef's Table experience and is available to be reserved for private groups of up to 40 people. Private wine and scotch tastings are also available for groups of 10-40 people.
Smokey's Pub – Modern style, casual dining atmosphere serving traditional pub fare. Live entertainment on selected evenings.
