Special Check-in Instructions

Guest Reception is located at 1941 Poipu Road. Guest Reception hours are 8 AM to 9 PM daily; 8 AM to 5 PM holidays.

Guests planning to arrive after business hours must call the property directly to obtain the lock box code, which contains an envelope with keys and a check-in packet. Contact information is provided in the reservation confirmation received after booking via this Web site. Guests arriving after hours must register at Guest Reception the next morning before 11 AM.

Rooms

Nihi Kai Villas offers 70 one- and two-bedroom condos with ocean or garden views and private furnished lanais.

All condos have fully equipped kitchens, including dishwashers and garbage disposals, and washers and dryers. Living rooms offer sofa beds or futons, CD players, cable TV, and DVD players.
