Special Check-in Instructions
Check-in is 8 AM–6 PM Saturday–Thursday and 8 AM–9 PM on Friday. Guests arriving after hours should go to 3840 Big Mountain Road and use the phone outside the door to dial security. The security service will provide guests with check-in information and keys, and will escort them to the property.

In winter, a groomed ski run leads to the door of the hotel by the hotel's ski room. A short walk down the driveway and across the road brings skiers to the Home Again Ski Way and chair number 6.
