FDR Pebbles All Inclusive offers 96 deluxe junior suites in 12 two-story wooden cottages on the sea. Suites feature large balconies furnished with chairs; beds with oversized, stuffed pillows and mosquite nets; separate sitting rooms; cedar-wood interiors with rattan furniture; tile floors and bathrooms; and bright Jamaican art.

As part of the All Inclusive Plan at FDR Pebbles, families with small children are assigned a trained "vacation nanny" to look after children between morning to late afternoon (with a one-hour lunch break). Child care after hours is available for hourly surcharges, and an additional nanny can also be hired for a daily surcharge.

Children enjoy a large, supervised, air-conditioned clubhouse stocked with toys, learning aids, video movies, and Nintendo games. Pre-teens have their own supervised clubhouse with video games.
