One Ocean Resort Hotel's guestrooms feature beds with 350-thread-count Egyptian-cotton linens, duvets, and mattresses custom designed for the hotel. Guestrooms include recliners and desks with desktop electrical outlets.

The 42-inch LCD TVs come with premium cable channels. Local calls are complimentary, and wireless Internet access is available (surcharge). Guestrooms include minibars, refrigerators, in-room safes, and bathrobes. Bathrooms have showers only.
