Hotel Information: The Ponte Vedra Inn & Club is an elegant, oceanfront resort built in 1928 on 300 acres along the Atlantic coastline. The resort is in the exclusive Ponte Vedra Beach village, three miles from Jacksonville Beach and 18 miles from downtown Jacksonville. Guests arrive at a spacious lobby in a new building set on a putting green and in front of the original 1937 clubhouse.

Recreation

Guests can play 18 holes of golf at the resort either on the Ocean or the Lagoon Course. Both are challenging courses with Bermuda greens protected by steep-faced bunkers and swirling sea breezes, making all 14 clubs necessary.

The tennis center has 15 Har-Tru courts in a park-like setting. Seven courts are lit for evening play. An 8,000-square-foot, oceanfront fitness center offers a six-lane Olympic pool, aerobics, Pilates, sauna, and a full range of exercise equipment.

The Surf Club offers three beachside pools, including a large, youth-friendly option with shallow waters and a children's wading pool.

Guests can also enjoy a Lomi Lomi massage, herbal and seaweed wraps, hot paraffin manicures, and Hydra Pure Hydration facials at the 30,000-square-foot spa.
