Recreation
The resort’s Western Riding Center features one- and two-hour trail rides with glorious views. In summer, guests can combine a ride with a morning or evening cookout. The spa offers yoga classes year-round and water yoga in summer. Adjacent to the Ranch House are a seasonal outdoor pool and two tennis courts (complimentary equipment provided). The fitness center has cardio machines, resistance equipment, free weights, and a spa tub.
The Snow King Ski Resort, 4.5 miles away, offers 400 acres of skiable terrain (15 percent beginner, 25 percent intermediate, 60 percent advanced) accessible by five lifts. Snow King also has a tubing park and a snowboard park with halfpipe. The Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, 13 miles from the hotel, has 11 lifts and 2,500 acres of in-bound ski terrain, plus more than 3,000 backcountry acres. Trails are 10 percent beginner, 40 percent intermediate, and 50 percent advanced; snowboarding is permitted.
The concierge can arrange Snake River fly-fishing excursions; wildlife-viewing safaris, snowshoeing, whitewater rafting, float trips, dog-sledding, guided hikes, and other adventures. The Moose entrance to Grand Teton National Park is 15 miles away. The Jackson Hole Golf & Tennis Club, redesigned by Robert Trent Jones, Jr., is three miles away.
