Special Check-in Instructions
Aspen Condo check-ins take place at the Teton Village Office, open from 6 AM - 12 AM during peak summer and winter months. During off peak months, office hours are from 8 AM - 5 PM.
If the office is closed upon arrival, guests shouls use the courtesy phone located in the hallway between the office and the Teton Village Market, and the answering service will assist with securing keys.
Guests arriving after office hours are requested to complete the check-in process the following day.

Guestrooms at The Aspens (JHRL) are accessible via exterior corridors and offer DVD players, free local calls, and coffee/tea makers. Furnishings include fireplaces, sofa beds, and desks. Guestrooms feature cable television with ESPN. Amenities in kitchens include full-sized refrigerators/freezers, stovetops, microwaves, and cookware/dishes/utensils. Bathrooms include hair dryers.
