Special Check-in Instructions

The office is open daily, 10 AM – 5 PM. If arriving outside of these hours, guests must contact the vacation rental management at least 48 hours prior to arrival to receive after-hours check-in instructions. Contact information is provided on the confirmation notice, which is received after booking via this Web site.

Rooms

Shorewood Oceanfront Condos offers 200 guestrooms in three five-story buildings with elevators and exterior corridors. Individually owned condo units have master bedrooms with one king or one queen bed, and additional bedrooms with various bed configurations. Condos offer full kitchens, washers and dryers, and at least one TV and phone. All have private oceanfront balconies. Housekeeping is available upon request, at additional fee.

Recreation

Shorewood Oceanfront Condos offers an oceanfront pool and children’s pool. Complimentary passes are provided to a health club, one block away, which offers exercise equipment, sauna and steam rooms, an indoor pool, and racquetball.

A water fun park and miniature golf course (open Memorial Day through Labor Day) are across the street from the resort, and Van Der Meer Tennis Center is three blocks away. Golf courses are within two miles. The resort sits on an Atlantic Ocean beach in Hilton Head, and a marina is within two miles. Area water sports include sailing, Jet Skiing, water skiing, and windsurfing. Bicycle rentals are available nearby, and running paths are located along the sandy shores outside the resort.

Policies

Check-in is located at the R.H. Realty and Rentals office. Guests arriving after 6 PM must contact the villas to arrange key pickup. The phone number will be included in the reservation confirmation. The key box outside the office will contain the keys, map, and pertinent check-in information. Key-box code must be obtained directly through the villas after booking a reservation through this Web site.

Extra person charges may apply and vary depending on hotel policy.
There are no room charges for children, 18 and younger, who occupy the same room as their parents or guardians.
Rollaway beds and cribs (infant beds) may be available and should be requested at the time of booking; fees may apply.
Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit is required at check-in for incidental charges.
