The Pier II Resort is located on the shores of Lake Okeechobee, five miles from downtown. The Blue Heron Golf & Country Club is less than seven miles away. The Seminole Casino Brighton is 20 miles from the resort. This Okeechobee property offers a boat ramp, 650-foot pier with power outlets for battery charging, slips for over 100 bass boats, and a fish cleaning station.

A five-story observation tower overlooks the lake. Airboat rides and swamp tours are available.
