Mauna Lani Terrace Condominium complex has 80 units distributed among 12 three-story buildings. Units are individually owned and decorated, but all feature Hawaiian tropical decor, teak cabinetry, and balconies with ocean, lagoon, or garden views. Other amenities at this Kamuela property near Waikoloa Beach include full kitchens, washers and dryers, and separate living, dining, and sleeping areas. Master bathrooms feature marble countertops, double sinks, and large soaking tubs.

The Mauna Lani Terrace Condominium complex has an outdoor pool and a children’s pool. Guests also have charging privileges at the adjacent Mauna Lani Spa and Racquet Club, which features 10 Plexipave tennis courts, a 25-meter lap pool, and a fitness studio with aerobics and exercise classes.

Golfers will enjoy the resort’s two 18-hole golf courses, which feature fairways sculpted from fields of black lava and offer mountain and ocean views. The resort staff can also help arrange sailing, snorkeling, and scuba excursions, as well as helicopter and whale-watching tours.

Property Amenities

This condominium complex is part of the Mauna Lani Resort complex on the Big Island’s Kohala Coast. It consists of eighty units distributed among twelve buildings set amid tropical gardens, historic Hawaiian fishponds, and the beach. On-site amenities include a 22-foot by 60-foot swimming pool, children’s pool, spa tub, and barbecue grills.

Beach Club - Burgers, salads, sandwiches, and wraps are served in an open-air setting overlooking the resort’s beach. Open for lunch.
