A full breakfast is served in the restaurant between 7.30 a.m. and 10.30 a.m. Monday to Saturday, and between 7.30 a.m. and 11 a.m. on Sundays.
If you dine at the Pousada Santa Marinha Hotel's restaurant, then try some of the tasty traditional Portuguese dishes on the menu, such as salt cod with broa , a thick rye or cornflour flat bread flavoured with ginger; roast duck or some soup with Tostas de Rojões , a speciality made following a recipe that dates back to 1732. Do not forget to try the delicious egg and ground almond cake, flavoured with cinnamon and coated with white icing, which is called Bacon from Heaven ( Toucinho do Ceu ).
