The Curve Restaurant and Bar – This light airy restaurant has floor-to-ceiling windows, modern decor, and a relaxed atmosphere. The restaurant has an extensive menu with a wide variety of fish dishes both from the grill and the seafood bar. The chef’s specialities include Tortelloni in Seafood Essence and New England Clam Chowder, with Whole Roasted Rainbow Trout, to be followed by the Curve Specials section or the Roasted Rump of Welsh Lamb with ginger root spiced eggplant parcels, mint-garlic yoghurt and Californian Cabernet Sauvingon. Diner can also choose from the seafood handpicked daily from Billingsgate market prepared with a range of sauces to accompany the catch of the day. Low carb, low cholesterol and low fat options are also available.

The Manhattan Bar and Terrace – A stylish, funky New York-style bar which offers an selection of cocktails served in a hip and vibrant atmosphere. Classic cocktails include Cosmopolitans and Mojitos, with selected cocktails available in pitchers for groups, and low carb and low fat options for the weight conscious. Platters of nibbles can be ordered to share or for those wanting something more substantial the Marriott Burger or the classic Triple Decker Club sandwich are available until 11.30 PM.
