Hotel Information: The lobby’s tall columns and imported marble floors are lit by a grand chandelier and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the main pool and marina. Meaning “healing through water,” the name Salus Per Aquum was inspired by the location of the hotel, which lies between the Southport Marina and Gold Coast Beaches. The healing and purifying properties of water are utilised throughout various treatments to honor the location as well as the classic European curative traditions.
Body Renewal (105 minutes):
This treatment commences with a full-body exfoliation using loofahs, soft brushes, and sea salts. The treatment therapist will assist in assessing guests’ skin types and personal needs to select the appropriate body moisturising mask from the Pevonia range of products. Once the mask has nurtured the body, a stimulating Vichy shower washes away impurities. Direct streams of water and light rain combine to stimulate the entire body into a deep state of relaxation.
Caviar Radiance Facial (90 minutes):
Perfect for both men and women, this is pure relaxation combined with the most advanced defence against aging. This ultimate anti-aging treatment starts with an aromatic hair infusion, hand exfoliation, caviar facial, and hand treatment, finishing with a nail file and buff.
Kahuna Massage (90 minutes):
With some of the most talented Kahuna specialists in Australia, this has become one of the spa’s signature massages. Using a unique flow and rhythm to the massage stroke, this ancient form of bodywork incorporates a special breathing technique that initiates a deep relaxation and balance to body, mind, and spirit.
Salus Signature Facial (90 minutes):
The crème de la crème of all facials provides the ultimate skin repair and is preceded by skin analysis, gentle and thorough deep pore-cleansing, steam, extractions, and grand massage of the décolleté, neck, face, and scalp. Three-part thermal or rubber lift-off treatment mask renders phenomenal visual results.
