A 50-ton rock waterfall empties 12 feet over a heated grotto spa and the year-round outdoor pool. A 45-foot waterslide, second spa tub, large sundeck, and rental cabanas are also provided. Treasure Island Kids Club (surcharge) for ages 4–12 is open year-round on weekends, seasonally at other times. Kids Club activities include arts and crafts, video games, board games, karaoke, and a big-screen TV featuring family movies.

In the spa, a fitness center (surcharge) offers two treadmills, two stationary bikes, a stair machine, an elliptical trainer, a weight-training machine, and free weights.
