Casa Del Mar offers 150 suites, all of which have private balconies; views are of the Gulf of Mexico, but angled, not full. Accommodations have small, private bedrooms with a queen bed, and separate living areas with a queen sofa bed. Bunk beds are also available.

Kitchens are equipped with conventional ovens (four burners), microwaves, toasters, coffeemakers with complimentary coffee; and full-sized refrigerators. Basic cookware, dinnerware, and glassware are provided.
