The WaterColor Inn & Resort offers 60 accommodations in four-story buildings with gulf, beach or dune views in Santa Rosa Beach. Beds feature 100% Egyptian cotton linens. All units have furnished balconies or patios, sofa beds and desks.

Property Amenities

The WaterColor Inn & Resort is a 499-acre community in Santa Rosa Beach between the Gulf of Mexico and Western Lake, a rare 220-acre coastal dune lake bordered by coastal pine forests. The Grayton Beach State Park is a quarter-mile away. Guests of the resort have exclusive access to the private Camp Creek Golf Club, located six miles away.

Hiking and biking paths wind through extensive woodlands at the property. Canoe, kayak and small sailing vessel rentals are available at the BoatHouse, which also offers a restaurant overlooking Western Lake. The resort features a gulf-front BeachClub with a pool, oversized deck, beach sundries, showers, and complimentary towels.

The club offers food and beverage service to poolside lounge chairs or the beach. There is also poolside dining inside and on an upstairs deck. The Fish Out of Water restaurant features fine dining in an inventive dune setting. The Town Center of the resort offers a collection of retail shops, the Old Florida Outfitters for fishing, dining options, and the Sugar Pies market and cafe.

A complimentary Continental breakfast is provided each morning. Fish Out of Water - Casually chic restaurant located on second floor of WaterColor Inn overlooking Gulf of Mexico. Features fresh local seafood, prime beef and a large selection of international wine. Open for dinner. Reservations recommended. The BeachClub - Views of the gulf, waterside activities and sunsets. Features a variety of sandwiches and salads. Full beverage menu includes colorful frozen drinks, cocktails, beer, and wine. Open daily 10:30 AM-5 PM. Sugar Pies - Located in Town Center. Brightly colored corner café offers hand-tossed pizzas with fresh ingredients, creative sandwiches, salads, ice cream cones, and frozen custard. Open 11 AM to 8 PM, seven days a week. The BaitHouse - Overlooking Western Lake, with deep porches recalling fish camps found along bays and backwaters of Northwest Florida. Fresh local seafood and vegetables. Warm inviting atmosphere with southern hospitality. Open Tuesday through Saturday from 5:30-9 PM.
