Special Check-in Instructions
Check-in is 3 PM–5 PM. Guests who plan to arrive outside normal front desk hours must use the after-hours phone located in the lobby. After verifying arrival details, the agent will provide the lock-box code. Guests are required to return to the office the following day by noon to complete the check-in procedure.

Know Before You Go
Age Requirements: The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles younger than 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian. The check-in office is located off site at 1333 Miracle Strip Parkway, Fort Walton Beach, Florida, 32548.
Guests who make a reservation without fulfilling the above requirements may be subject to forfeiture of the entire cost of stay, deposit, and/or rental money and will not be permitted to check in.
Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted in rental units under any condition. Service animals are permitted as required by law. Providing certification documents at check-in is suggested.
