Special Check-in Instructions
Front desk open daily 7 AM - 11 PM. Check-in is 3 PM –5 PM. Guests who plan to arrive outside normal front desk hours must use the after-hours phone located outside the front door of lobby, to the right. After verifying arrival details, the agent will provide the lock-box code. Guests are required to return to the office the following day by noon to complete the check-in procedure

Know Before You Go
Age Requirements: The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles younger than 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
Guests who make a reservation without fulfilling the above requirements may be subject to forfeiture of the entire cost of stay, deposit, and/or rental money and will not be permitted to check in.
Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted in rental units under any condition. Service animals are permitted as required by law. Providing certification documents at check-in is suggested. Many boarding kennels are available in the local area.
Recreational vehicles, personal watercraft, and RVs are not permitted on the rental property.
Chaperoned groups are not permitted.
Due to housekeeping standards, not all units will be ready for check-in at 3 PM.
Specific unit assignment and views are not guaranteed. Three-night minimum stay required; longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods.
