Know Before You Go
Age Requirements: The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles younger than 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
Guests who make a reservation without fulfilling the above requirements may be subject to forfeiture of the entire cost of stay, deposit, and/or rental money and will not be permitted to check in.
Additional restrictions may apply during spring break vacation period. Chaperoned groups and sports team groups are prohibited.
All condominiums are cleaned and stocked with fresh linens and towels prior to guest arrival. Daily maid service is not provided. Special maid service can be arranged by contacting the building office (surcharge).
Guests are advised to bring beach towels because towels provided cannot be removed from the condominiums.
Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted in rental units under any condition. Service animals are permitted as required by law. Providing certification documents at check-in is suggested.
