Special Check-in Instructions

Front desk hours are from 9 AM-5 PM. Guests must check in at 95 Laura Hamilton Blvd, Santa Rosa Beach. The condominium complex is located at 145 Spires Lane, Santa Rosa Beach. During periods when the check-in location is closed, an automated check-in system is available. Guests can access unit keys from a lockbox. Guests must use the adjacent telephone, which calls the reservation office to obtain lockbox access codes.

Guests can contact the office using the number on the reservation confirmation received after booking via this Web site.

Rooms

This three-story complex offers 170 condominiums with private furnished balconies or patios. All units at ResortQuest Gulf Place Cabanas have fully equipped kitchens, including microwaves and dishwashers.

Living rooms offer cable TV, DVD players, and sofa beds. Internet access is complimentary. A washer and dryer are located on each floor.

Know Before You Go

All condominiums are cleaned and stocked with fresh linens and towels prior to guest arrival. Daily maid service is not provided. Special maid service can be arranged by contacting the building office (surcharge). Guests are advised to bring beach towels because towels provided cannot be removed from the condominiums.

The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older, and occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Additional restrictions may apply during spring break vacation period. Chaperoned groups and sports team groups are prohibited.
