This vacation village offers 20 stand-alone, two-story homes with one condo-style unit per floor. Privately owned accommodations at this ResortQuest Rentals are individually decorated and feature varied bedding types. Some may have sofa beds or hall bunks. All feature private patios or balconies and fully equipped kitchens with refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, and microwaves. Televisions and VCRs are provided, and complimentary videos are available at the check-in office. |

Provided on the tropically landscaped grounds at ResortQuest Rentals at Nantucket Rainbow Cottages are a year-round outdoor pool and patio. Laundry facilities are also on site. Guests check in at an off-site office, which also features a complimentary video library.

Know Before You Go
Age Requirements: The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles younger than 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
Guests who make a reservation without fulfilling the above requirements may be subject to forfeiture of the entire cost of stay, deposit, and/or rental money and will not be permitted to check in.
Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted in rental units under any condition. Service animals are permitted as required by law. Providing certification documents at check-in is suggested. Many boarding kennels are available in the local area.
Recreational vehicles, personal watercraft, and RVs are not permitted on the rental property.
Chaperoned groups are not permitted.
Due to housekeeping standards, not all units will be ready for check in at 3 PM.
Specific unit assignment and views are not guaranteed. Three-night minimum stay required; longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods.
