Check-in is located at the VIP Vacation Rentals office, 1506 Periwinkle Way, Sanibel Island, FL. See Location page for driving directions. Check-in hours are 8 AM–5 PM, Monday–Saturday. Sunday hours vary. Guests planning to arrive after hours must contact the office at least 48 hours prior to arrival to receive late check-in instructions.
Guests can contact the office using the number on the reservation confirmation received after booking via this Web site.

Know Before You Go
All condos at VIP Vacation Rentals at Sundial are nonsmoking.
The adjacent Sundial Resort is owned and managed by LXR Resorts. While the resort is not owned by VIP Vacation Rentals, guests can pay a weekly membership fee to access the resort’s amenities.
The optional resort package can be purchased upon arrival for $25 per day per adult. A fee is not required for children 15 and under, but they must be accompanied by a paying adult. This fee provides access to an additional pool with waterslide and poolside bar and grill, a spa tub, tennis courts (separate surcharge for play), fitness center (surcharge), on-site restaurant, and children’s activities (surcharge).
