Check-in is located at the VIP Vacation Rentals office, 1506 Periwinkle Way, Sanibel Island, FL. See Location page for driving directions. Check-in hours are 9 AM–5 PM, Monday–Saturday. Sunday hours vary. Guests planning to arrive after hours must contact the office at least 48 hours prior to arrival to receive late check-in instructions.

This resort offers two-bedroom condos with garden-view balconies. All have kitchens with dishwashers, refrigerators, stoves, microwaves, and coffeemakers. Cable TV and VCRs are included. Washers and dryers are provided.

This two-story Tahitian-style resort is seven miles from J.N. “Ding” Darling National Wildlife Refuge and 11 miles from Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Center. Coquina Beach Resort offers an outdoor pool and tennis court and barbecue grills. Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and bicycles are available for weekly rentals. Parking is free.

Policies

Guests must check in at the Grande Island Vacations office, 1506 Periwinkle Way, Sanibel Island, FL. Check-in hours are 9 AM–5 PM Monday–Saturday. Sunday hours vary. Guests arriving outside the office hours may pick up their keys and directions to the hotel from the lock box, located to the right of the office doors. Guests must call the office at least 48 hours prior to arrival to receive the lock box combination. A nearby outdoor phone and instructions are available for contacting the 24-hour answering service during an emergency. Please see Location page for directions to the Grande Island Vacations office.

The full amount in room and tax is charged to the customer's credit card at the time of booking.
Rollaway beds and cribs (infant beds) may be available and should be requested at the time of booking; fees may apply.
Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges.
Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests made via this Web site cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

At least one guest in each condo must be 25 years of age or older.
Housekeeping is not included, but is available for an additional charge of $25 per day (subject to change). This service can be requested by contacting Grande Island Vacations office.
