Special Check-in Instructions

Summer reception opening hours: Sunday to Friday: 9 AM to noon and 5 PM to 7 PM. Saturday: 8 AM to noon and 2 PM to 8 PM. Closed on Wednesday.
Winter reception opening hours: Sunday to Friday: 9 AM to noon and 4 PM to 7 PM. Saturday: 8 AM to noon and 3 PM to 8 PM. Closed on Wednesday.
Please note:
On arrival day, room keys can be collected after 5 PM in winter, or between 4 PM and 7 PM in summer. Winter short stays (excluding Saturday): arrival after 10 AM, Saturday: after 2 PM. Summer short stays: After 11 AM within reception opening hours.
Room keys must be returned by 10 AM ( weekly stay) and by noon (short stay) on the day of departure.
Please notify the residence directly if you will be arriving after the reception is closed.

The complex features 80 apartments, all of which include balconies and fully equipped kitchens with dishwashers and electric coffee makers.

Recreation

In the summer season recreational activities range from fishing to archery to paragliding. The resort has a heated indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, skating rink, 9-hole golf course and crazy golf.

During the winter, guests can enjoy a range of snow-related recreational activities, from dog sledges to walks with snowshoes. The residence is just 400 meters from a gondola lift giving access to an extensive ski area linked with Pyrénées 2000, which includes 111 kilometers of marked trails for cross country enthusiasts.

Know Before You Go

Apartments do not receive a daily cleaning/maid service. On departure, all apartments should be left clean and tidy. Alternatively, an end of stay cleaning service is provided by the residence which incurs a fee payable locally. Guests can also purchase cleaning kits from reception.
