The residence is located 1.5 kilometres from the nearest ski lift in the resort of Font Romeu. The resort is located at an altitude of 2900 metres, and features 40 ski runs, including eight black runs, and covering a total distance of 54 kilometres.

All levels of skier are catered for at the resort.

For advanced skiers, off-piste skiing is available around the resort.

A total of 111 kilometres of cross-country skiing trails surround the resort.

The resort centre is the location of numerous après-ski options, including many bars, restaurants, and clubs.
