Amenity highlights: Within the Sheraton Suites Key West's garden courtyard, a small rock waterfall splashes into a freeform pool. Padded lounge chairs soothe sunbathers. Secluded behind the waterfall, a spa tub accommodates eight people. Smathers Beach, across the street, offers water sports equipment rentals, volleyball, parasailing, and beach chair rentals (fees apply).
Insider tip: The resort rents scooters and bicycles for exploring Key West and also provides a shuttle to and from the downtown area, less than three miles away.
Rooms
This nonsmoking resort has 182 suites in a four-story building with a ground-floor breezeway. Some guestrooms overlook the garden courtyard and pool area. All suites feature the Sheraton Sweet Sleeper Bed, which provides a custom-designed box spring and pillow-top mattress, triple sheeting, two non-allergenic and two down pillows, a decorative pillow, and a down duvet. Hypo-allergenic bedding is also available.
All suites offer cable TV with premium channels, compact refrigerators, microwaves, coffeemakers, and complimentary wireless Internet access.
