Hotel Information: Guests arriving at the Sonaisali Island Resort Fiji take a small boat across an estuarine river to a wooden quay, then transfer to a golf cart which takes them through the meandering landscaped gardens of the island to the main lobby. The open-air lobby area has vaulted ceilings and whirling fans, and is scattered with wicker sofas where the mostly Australian and New Zealand holidaymakers relax.
