Renovation Notice
Guestrooms on the West and East Wings of the hotel are under renovation. Work is scheduled to be completed by November 2008. Guest disruption is expected to be minimal. Renovation to the public areas have been completed.

Mantarae - With 270-degree views of the South Pacific and panoramic views of Beqa Island, this restaurant serves contemporary fusion-style cuisine using fresh local produce, which is complimented by an extensive wine list selected by the sommelier. Mantarae is open for dinner Tuesday to Saturday starting at 6 PM.
The Bistro - This beachside bistro is located near the pool and allows guests to enjoy meals and snacks while basking in the sunshine. Open all day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, indoors or out.
Beach Bar Barbeque - Offering an al fresco setting highlighted by the ocean and Qaraniquio River waters. The bure extends to an outdoor slate lounge where guests can enjoy the natural amphitheatre. Wooden decks extend over the river, perfect for a pre-dinner cocktail listening to the local serenaders. The Beach Bar is also hom to the Sunday Beach BBQ featuring some of Fiji's top musicians.
Country Club - Guests can savour the delights of the country club at the Rober Trent Jones Jr.-designed 18-hole golf course. The country club offers a cafe-style environment on al fresco decks overlooking the 18th hole and out to the intertwining canals. Open from 7 AM to 6:30 PM daily; kitchen is open from 11 AM to 3:30 PM.
