Please note:
Bed linen is included in the rates. However, beds are not made on arrival. Towels and clothes are not included in the price and are available at the reception with a supplement.

Apartments do not receive a daily cleaning/maid service. On departure, all apartments should be left clean and tidy. Alternatively, an end of cleaning service is provided by the residence which incurs a fee payable locally. Guests can also purchase cleaning kits from reception.

Fees

The following fees are charged by the property at check-in or check-out:

• A deposit of €350 is required at check-in. This is returned at check-out if the apartment has been left in a satisfactory state.
• A small resort fee (tax de séjour) is payable per person per day, paid locally to the residence reception.
