Dishes include Carpaccio of while Highland venison, Pan-fried medallions of monkfish and Roasted Scottish beef served with honey coated vegetables, chateau potatoes and béarnaise sauce.

Chisolm’s Restaurant and Bar - Offering international and Scottish dishes in restaurant incorporating the original architecture of the former Caledonian railway station. Every night of the week the bar has a Sparkling hour between 5 and 7 where champagne and strawberries are served. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Henry J Bean’s - Lively American themed cocktail bar with a relaxed atmosphere serving a huge selection of mixed cocktails and American classic dishes. The bar is lined with an extensive display of liquors and drinkers are encouraged to order any drink imaginable.

The Caley Bar - Residents and public bar located at the front of the hotel. Light snacks, drinks and over 100 whiskies are available. The bar is open late for residents.

The Castle Suite Lounge - Specialising in afternoon tea and situated on the ground floor of the hotel this quaint tea room serves a large selection of sandwiches, cakes and beverages throughout the day.
