The Historic Tidewater Inn offers 84 guestrooms in a four-story building. Rooms are appointed with antique reproduction furnishings. Beds have pillowtop mattresses, down comforters, and Frette luxury linens. Amenities include phones with voice mail, high-speed Internet access (surcharge), and laptop-compatible safes. TVs include complimentary HBO. Complimentary newspapers are available on weekdays. Rooms have 100 percent Egyptian-cotton terry bath linens and bathrobes.

The Historic Tidewater Inn, a landmark for nearly 60 years, is located in Easton on Maryland's Eastern Shore. Baltimore and Washington D.C. are within 70 miles. The Avalon Theater, a 400-seat Art Deco-style theater, is located directly across from the Inn. Wynton Marsalis and Vonda Shepard are among the headliners who have graced the Avalon's stage.

On-site amenities include Garrett's Salon and Spa, and Albright's, which features Orvis and Barbour clothing brands for women.

The Inn offers approximately 4,500 square feet of meeting amd banquet facilities, including a boardroom, three conference rooms, a break room, and a ballroom. The Inn often hosts weddings and corporate retreats.
