The Westin Dublin

Hotel Information: The discreet entrance leads guests to the gracious lobby with its polished marble pillars, fireplace, and sofas. The reception desks are designed to replicate those used by tellers when this building was a bank. In the original 19th-century Banking Hall, each chandelier includes 8,000 pieces of Egyptian crystal, and intricate ornamental features cover the walls and ceiling. The hotel, which opened in 2001, is popular with businesspeople during the week and vacationers on weekends.

Amenity highlights: The soaring Atrium lounge spans five floors and has marble floors and palm trees. The Exchange Restaurant has a popular Sunday jazz brunch. The conference and banqueting rooms includes the Banking Hall, a magnificent room with its own access to College Street.
