Dining

Traiteur - A French-influenced, modern European menu is served at lunch and dinner. Divided on two levels, the lower dining room is a fusion of modern and Arabic style in an earthy colour scheme. The kitchen can be seen from the suspended metal staircase that leads to the upper level which hosts the wine bar and an outdoor terrace. Cafe Privee, part of Traiteur, boasts a 4500-bottle wine cellar and two private dining rooms. /p>

Thai Kitchen - Tables are arranged around four open kitchens – one each for wok, grill, steam, and noodles - where authentic Thai dishes are prepared in front of guests. Seating is also available in the adjacent canopy-covered terrace. Open for dinner.

Cafe Arabesque - Five all-day buffets offer a variety of kebabs and traditional local dishes prepared in the two wood-burning ovens and bakery. Indoor and outdoor seating gives views of Dubai Creek. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with the addition of an à la carte menu at lunch and dinner.
