Diazza - Located at the base of the hotel’s five-story mining tipple, this restaurant serves International cuisine. Seafood, beef, veal, and poultry round out the eclectic menu, which includes gourmet pizzas and dishes such as Thai Shrimp Salad, Reuben Sandwich, Lobster Linguini, and Chicken Marsala. There’s a full bar and Diazza is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
