Hotel Information: In the heart of Daytona Beach, on Florida’s coastal A-1-A highway, this boutique oceanfront hotel welcomes vacationers in town to enjoy the sun, surf, and sand. The hotel lobby is decorated with a wave motif, and huge columns are the colors of the sea. A stamp machine and newspapers are in a small alcove off the lobby.
Insider tip: Go Kart City, 11 miles from the hotel, features a large go-kart track, batting cages, miniature golf, a driving range, and a game arcade, and is open mid-morning until late evening.

Guests must provide a credit card to cover the required $100 damage deposit. The deposit is refunded after guestrooms have been inspected following the guest’s departure. If damage or missing items are discovered, guests will be charged.
Guests must be at least 21 to check in.
Only one parking space per unit is available due to limited space at the hotel. Trailer parking is not available on site.
The hotel is on the oceanfront but not all units are on the oceanfront.
A $500 deposit (subject to change) is collected at check-in during spring break.
Excessive street and area activity may cause delays in traffic during Spring Break Celebration.

Island Breeze Bar - Poolside tiki-style bar overlooks the beach. Menu includes chicken and pork sandwiches, burgers, hot dogs, pizzas, hot wings, frozen specialty drinks, beer, and soft drinks. Open seasonally from mid-morning until dusk.
Lanai - Dark red drapes and a rich all-wood bar create a cool escape from the Florida sun at this indoor bar overlooking the outdoor patio and pool. Menu includes cocktails, mixed drinks, and soft drinks, as well as sandwiches, nachos, and pizzas. Open from mid-day until late evening. Seasonal.
Daytona Beach Regency does not have its own full-service restaurant, but several dining options in the surrounding area are within walking distance.
