The 140 apartments at Saville Park Suites Darwin have balconies with views of the harbour or city. All include separate living/dining areas and kitchenettes with cutlery and crockery for four, plus microwaves, ovens, refrigerators, and dishwashers. Laundry facilities include washing machines, dryers, and irons and ironing boards. Ensuite bathrooms have shower/tub combinations. Conference/function rooms: The executive boardroom caters for a maximum of 10 guests, or up to 25 in a cocktail-style function. The Bathurst and Melville Conference Rooms measure 23.3 and 42.2 square metres, respectively. Combined, they cover an area of 65.5 square metres and can accommodate 50 guests for a cocktail-style or theatre-style function, up to 40 guests for a dinner function, or up to 26 guests in a U-shaped setup. Separately, the Bathurst Room has a maximum capacity of 16 guests, and the Melville Room has a maximum capacity of 34 guests.

Driving directions from Darwin Airport (DWN): Turn left into Macmillans Road and then left into Bagot Road. Follow the road as it becomes the Stuart Highway and turn left at the roundabout into The Esplanade. The hotel is on the left side on the corner of Peel Street.
