Rooms
All rooms have Heavenly Beds and Heavenly Baths. The Heavenly Bed consists of a custom-designed, foot-thick pillowtop mattress with all-white bedding; triple sheeting; down blanket and duvet; and five pillows (two goose down/feather, two hypo-allergenic, and a decorative “boudoir” neck roll pillow).
The Heavenly Bath consists of a dual showerhead with multiple spray options; curved shower rod for extra room; velour, waffle-weave bathrobes; oversized Brazilian combed-cotton bath towels; and citrus-scented Molton Brown English toiletries. Some bathrooms have telephone extensions.
Signature cribs and dog beds are also available. The Heavenly Crib includes a pillowtop mattress, baby blankets, a fitted sheet, and a white cloud rug beneath the crib. The Heavenly Dog Bed is made up of custom-designed, oversized pet pillows by Eloise Pet Accessories, which mirror the hotels' human beds, including a miniature Heavenly Bed duvet.
Rooms on floors 11 and lower have wireless Internet access (surcharge), while those on higher floors have wired high-speed Internet access (surcharge). All rooms have TV-based Internet access (surcharge), HBO, pay movies, and video games (surcharge), as well as Bose® Wave® radios.
