Reception opening hours: 8 AM to 11 AM and from 4 PM to 8 PM. These opening times can vary depending on winter or summer season. Generally, the reception is closed on Wednesday.
Please note: For short and weekly stays, on arrival day, room keys can only be collected from 5 PM to 8 PM. Check out must be made before 10 AM on departure day. Please notify the hotel directly if you will be arriving after the reception is closed.
Some additional services are not provided free of charge (animal, parking, safes) . They may be available and can be requested at the time of booking, and are payable locally. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in (extra fees may apply to confirm these special requests).
A small resort fee (taxe de séjour) is payable per person per day, paid locally to the hotel reception. A damage deposit is payable per room (by cheque or credit card number only) and is returned to the guest 14 days after the departure day.
