Hotel Information: A casual restaurant bordered by comfortable lounging areas and live plants occupies the center of the Sheraton's skylit atrium and lobby. The hotel's friendly and knowledgeable staff directs guests to several event and meeting rooms surrounding the atrium. From Monday through Thursday, the clientele mostly consists of conventioneers. On weekends, wedding and other social parties and leisure travelers stay at the hotel.
Amenity highlights: The 13 warmly appointed meeting and event rooms include paned glass chandeliers and wireless Internet access (surcharge). An elongated foyer off the Grand Ballroom with velvet armchairs and sofas and soft lighting provides a relaxing reception area. The hotel also offers complimentary 24-hour airport transportation to O'Hare. A small business center in the hotel's gift shop has a computer, a printer, and faxing and copying services.

Rooms
This 11-story Sheraton has 296 smoke-free suites, which open onto the hotel's skylit atrium. All suites have separate sleeping and sitting areas and include Sheraton Sweet Sleeper Beds and sofa beds. The Sheraton Sweet Sleeper Bed features a custom-designed, extra-thick, plush-top mattress dressed with three sheets, fleece blankets, a plump duvet in rich colors, and five goose down/feather pillows. Hypo-allergenic bedding is available.
The sound-proofed suites also offer wireless Internet access (surcharge), wet bars, compact refrigerators, 32-inch LCD TVs with premium cable channels and video games, complimentary weekday newspaper delivery, ottomans, desks, and ample lighting. Black-and-white photographs of Chicago and abstract paintings add a stylish touch.
