Policies

Policies:

• Upon arrival each guest will receive a hotel card from reception which guests should keep with them during their stay to receive All-Inclusive services.
• Dress code operates in all the restaurants during evening meals – no shorts or sleeveless t-shirts.
• Wellness treatments must be reserved three days in advance. Only one treatment is available in each category per guest.
• Children under 16 are not permitted in the Pithos Pool.
• Tennis courts, mountain bikes and the football pitch must be reserved one day in advance.
• Mountain bikes are for adults over 16 years of age.
• Golf green session must be reserved 50 days in advance.
