Guestrooms at Oakenwald Terrace in Chatfield are individually decorated and named after the original owner, her family, and other aspects of the house's history. Much of the furniture is antique, and many aspects of the decor come from the way the house was decorated after being built in 1897.

Ellen Lovell built the home to her specifications, and her influence is still seen throughout. One of the guestrooms is her former bedroom.
