Guestrooms at the Westin Charlotte include the Heavenly Bed, which includes a custom-designed, foot-thick pillowtop mattress with all-white bedding; triple sheeting; down blanket, comforter (bedspread) and duvet; and five pillows (two goose down/feather, two hypo-allergenic, and a decorative "boudoir" neck roll pillow).
Bathrooms include the Heavenly Bath package, which consists of a dual showerhead with multiple spray options; curved shower rod for extra room; white-on-white shower curtain; velour, waffle-weave bathrobes; oversized Brazilian combed-cotton bath towels; and citrus-scented Molton Brown English toiletries.
