Guests must check in at the ResortQuest Reception Center, 115 Freshfields Drive, Johns Island. Check-in is at 4 PM.
If arriving after hours, guests should contact hotel/vacation rental management directly, using the contact information on the reservation confirmation received after booking via this Web site.

There are 20 villas at this resort. All are fully furnished and include washers and dryers, initial supplies of linens and towels, cable TV, and complimentary toiletries. Housekeeping is provided upon check-out.

Located on a three-mile beach, this 2,200-acre resort community is a half-mile from Bohicket Marina and 22 miles from Charleston. On-site amenities include private beach access, two championship golf courses, an outdoor pool, children's programs, and four restaurants. Know Before You Go
The hotel advises that guests under 25 years of age are not permitted to check in unless they are accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. At least one parent or legal guardian must be present for every two persons under 25 years of age. Chaperoned groups are not permitted.
Housekeeping is provided upon check-out.
Cash is no longer accepted as payment for Seabrook Island Club amenities and services. Guests must purchase a Club Access Card to charge all guest activities on the Island, including tennis, golf, dining, and pool access. This card can be purchased after check-in at the Seabrook Island Club. Until further notice, ResortQuest Rentals at Seabrook Island Resort will rebate guests $25 a day, up to $150, for the cost of this card.
Fees
The following fees and deposits are charged by the property upon service, check-in, or check-out.
- Club Access Card: $25 per day or $150 per week, plus a $20 refundable deposit
- Reservations fee: 5 percent of bill
- One-bedroom guestroom cleaning fee: $52 daily (based on two-day stay), plus 11.5-percent tax
- Two-bedroom guestroom cleaning fee: $64 daily (based on two-day stay), plus 11.5-percent tax

Island House Restaurant - Located above the pro shop in the Island House building, this restaurant serves dinner Tuesday through Saturday and a brunch buffet on Sunday. Open September to May.
Bohicket's Lounge - Serves lunch and dinner Tuesday through Saturday above the pro shop in the Island House building. Open September to May.
Seaview Restaurant - Adjacent to the pools and boardwalk, this restaurant serves lunch and dinner in a casual atmosphere. Open Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Halfshell Lounge - Offers light snacks and a full bar next to the Seaview Restaurant. Open Memorial Day to Labor Day.
