Razzi Breakfast Restaurant - Relaxed and well lit dining room serving Welsh buffet-style breakfasts prepared with local produce. Razzi Restaurant - Modern dining room with a frosted glass conservatory and contemporary light-wood furnishings. With a focus on wood-fired oven cooking, the Razzi’s specialities include salt-baked sea bass and roasted Welsh lamb, alongside traditional steaks, salads and pastas. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Razzi Piano Bar - Popular cocktail bar with striking pink decor and innovative lighting, offering a selection of Champagne and canapés. Open until 11 PM daily. The Steam Bar - Contemporary bar featuring blue-grey box-style armchairs, polished wooden floors and large photographic murals. Wines and spirits from around the world are available, along with a brasserie-style menu served throughout the day and into the evening. DJs play every Thursday evening until the early hours of the morning.
