Check-in is at 2 PM. Guests planning to arrive after hours must contact the property at least 48 hours prior to arrival to receive late check-in instructions.

Rooms

The three-story Colonial House Inn Bed & Breakfast offers 21 guestrooms with antique furnishings, canopy beds and private bathrooms. The guestrooms are located in the main house and the carriage house. All rooms have cable TV, VCRs, DVD players, and complimentary wireless and wired Internet access. Coffeemakers are provided in all accommodations. Beds are dressed with down comforters and 300-thread count linens.

The Colonial House Inn Bed & Breakfast is located on historic Old King's Highway in Yarmouth Port in the center of Cape Cod. Gray's Beach and the Bass Hole Beach and Boardwalk are one mile away. Hyannis is three miles from the inn. The Cape Cod National Seashore is six miles away. Built in the 1730s, this home is on the National Register of Historic Places, and features a garden sitting area with waterfalls and a fountain. The inn has an indoor pool and spa tub, and an outdoor sun deck.

Complimentary breakfasts are served each morning. The Colonial House Inn Restaurant offers traditional New England cuisine with a Continental flair. The restaurant is open year-round, seven days a week for lunch and dinner. Business services and complimentary DSL and wireless Internet access are available in the carriage house conference center.

Children are welcome at the inn with prior approval. An additional charge of $25.per day, per child will be collected at the property.
