Le Gauguin - An informal, intimate restaurant with a mural depicting a Mediterranean scene. Fixed-price or a la carte lunch and dinner. Dishes have a Provençal influence, such as sea bass with eggplant purée, spinach, and artichoke.
Piano Bar - This airy bar, with fresh flowers at every table, is open every day from noon until the early hours. A pianist plays French and international standards on Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings. Drinks are available from the marble-and-oak bar, including Taittinger Champagne, various whiskies, and the house specialty—the Ambassadeur, a fruit drink ideal on summer afternoons, or for children.
Le Cezanne - A spacious room overlooking the trees and fountain of the lobby and atrium, and serving a hot-and-cold buffet breakfast every morning.
Poolside bar-restaurant - Serving drinks and sandwiches all day until early evening, and a buffet and barbecue at lunchtime, the poolside bar-restaurant is open April-September. Informal alfresco seating areas overlook the pool and palm trees.
