One pool surrounds a rock-garden island featuring a waterfall grotto and a waterwall and includes shallow areas for toddlers and children plus a deeper area for older children and adults. An adjacent spa accommodates 12. A second large pool provides open swimming space. The third zero-entry pool is vast, meandering over three levels with waterfalls, rock rapids, coconut-grove promontories, and a grotto waterfall.

Sheraton Nassau Beach Resort includes a sports center across the street from the hotel that provides facilities available to all guests: three squash courts, three racquetball courts, and four tennis courts. The sports center also contains a complimentary fitness center equipped with cardio machines, weight-training machines, and free weights. Also available is the use (off the beach area) of snorkeling gear, kayaks, and sailboats.
